Nail polish! One of my favorite things to do is paint my nails. But moving to Spain meant leaving behind most of my 100+ nail polishes for a select few. However, I have a list of every polish I own and compiled a list of my favorite nail polishes for spring 2020. I preface every one of these posts by saying I am not a seasonal nail polish wearer. I wear what I want when I want. Right now I’m wearing It’s Alive by China Glaze, a Halloween shade! Still, I know what colors many people gravitate to during this time and put together my list of favorites.
So if you’re interest in my nail polish spring 2020 picks, keep on reading.

Blu by Zoya

Before even looking at my collection (I use the Snupps app to organize my collection), I knew I had to include Blu. This is such a light baby blue, it has a lot of white in it but it is definitely blue. The color is soft, very Spring-y (is that word) and beautiful. And I love my blue polishes. In fact, I could probably do an entire post just on my favorite blue polishes. The best thing about this one though is that the formula is really amazing. Essie has many shades like this that I love, but many of them are 3 coats or are super thin. This one is perfect. Will always keep this one in my collection and I wish I brought it with me to Spain.
Lisbon Wants Moor OPI by OPI

Now to a polish that I DID bring with me to Spain. Lisbon Wants Moor OPI is a great nail polish for spring 2020. It’s light and airy, looks almost white but with just a hint of something else. The formula is good, between two to three coats. I’m not sure what it is about OPI’s almost-white colors. Honorable mention to Suzi Chases Portu-geese which I debated on including.
Pearl Jammin’ by China Glaze

The next nail polish for spring 2020 is this gem. When it was released it got so much hype and for good reason. This looks like a pearl, hence the name and is just so unique to my collection. It came out in a fall collection but I think it can easily work for spring as well. It’s a light blue polish with a strong orange/gold flash that is just so pretty. It takes at least three coats and you need a good top coat to make it shiny, but it’s so worth it.
Virgin Snow by Essie

I don’t have many Essie’s in my collection, but this one is so good. The name has the word “snow” in it, so it may evoke winter vibes. But this is just as good for spring because it’s so light and airy. I know I mentioned that for the last polish, so I don’t want to sound like a broken record. But for me, when I think spring polishes, I think of light pastels or vibrant Easter egg kind of colors. This one falls into the former. Additionally, the formula is quite for, especially for an older Essie.
Abby by Zoya

I was determined to get this polish and love it. I ordered and it and it arrived broken, so then I had to wait until the next Zoya sale to get it. Because I typically only order Zoya during their sales. Like with Blu, it’s an beautiful light color with an amazing formula. You just can’t be it.
For Audrey by China Glaze

One of my most use nail polishes. The next favorite nail polish for spring 2020 is For Audrey.
There you have it. Spring is my least favorite season for nail polish collections, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have some favorites. Which of these colors do you like the most?
